Paver Cleaning and Sealing

Pavers and Stones are a significant investment and enhance the appearance of any commercial property.

Protect your investment and maintain the property appearance with regular cleaning and sealing.

Why seal?

The elements sun, heat, rain, and wind will start to fade your pavers and stones, and make them more vulnerable to cracking. With just pressure cleaning, your pavers and stone colors will fade away over time. Oil stains become permanent as oil penetrates into unprotected pavers. Five Star Clean and Seal specializes in coating treatments to protect your pavers, stone and concrete. Sealing is best way to protect and beautify your expensive paver and stone investment.

    Our Cleaning Process

First removes any grime, mildew, mold, oil stains, and any efflorescence in your pavers and stones.

We set temperatures to superheat water to remove the toughest of stains and mildew. Superheated water is better for cleaning than super high-pressure cold water that can damage your paver and stone investment with excessive water pressure. Superheated water acts like an organic solvent for penetrating cleaning. We use eco-friendly chemical solutions as needed to remove rust and oil stains. Pavers and stones must be well cleaned before sealing!

    Our Sealing Process

Uses the latest commercial grade premium coatings to seal and protect your paver and stone investments.

For South Florida’s wet and humid environment, the wrong sealer application can cause your pavers and stones to have white milky patches. This is due to trapped moisture between the sealer and the pavers, or stones, and is expensive to remove once it happens. Let our experienced professionals seal and beautify your pavers for best results.

We offer very competitive pricing on regular maintenance programs to keep your property attractive to your customers.
